County winger Jake Kirby has joined Warrington Town on a one-month loan deal as he seeks to return to match fitness following a period of injury – as part of the deal he will be available to feature in the FA Cup for the Yellows.
24-year-old Jake has managed four appearances for the Hatters so far this season, having arrived from Tranmere Rovers in the summer. He was out of action for most of last season as he recovered from a broken leg and then picked up a knee injury.
Jake will be available for Warrington’s top-of-the-table home clash with South Shields tomorrow afternoon.
