The Club can confirm that defender Jordan Downing has joined Bury AFC on a one-month short term loan deal.
Academy graduate Jordan, 21, has made six competitive first-team appearances for the Club to date since making his debut as a substitute against Salford City, in an FA Cup tie back in 2016.
He went on to make his first start for the Club two years later, playing an hour in a 1-1 draw with Guiseley AFC at Edgeley Park, in August 2018.
Having featured in four of County’s six pre-season games so far after signing a new contract in the Summer, he now makes the temporary move to the newly formed North West Counties side, where he will play under the management of former Hatter Andy Welsh.
