County’s award-winning official matchday programme has won even more silverware for the trophy cabinet, after being crowned the best programme in the National League at the annual Soccer Club Swap Shop Awards for the 2021-22 campaign.
County’s matchday programme scooped the prestigious accolade from the highly-respected Soccer Club Swap Shop national awards – being crowned first place in the National League Programme of the Year category, the seventh successive season County have won the divisional award.
County’s programme has been recognised for its excellent design and fantastic content for many years – and this season has proved no different. As well as all the latest news from Edgeley Park, your programme team have successfully brought in a raft of features such as ‘Wrong Place Right Time’, the County History Trail, Political Passions and Pyramid Passions.
Editor Keith Chapman, who has edited the County programme for the past eight seasons, was delighted at yet another award for the Hatters’ matchday programme.
Keith said: “I’m thrilled to win this award. To win the National League Programme of the Year by Soccer Club Swap Shop for the seventh year in a row is another wonderful achievement from everyone who has contributed and supported the programme throughout the season.
“To receive this recognition makes all of the hard work and effort worthwhile to produce a programme for every home game. With tight deadlines and a number of games in a short space of time, working on the programme sometimes involves working into the early hours but to receive awards such as this makes it all worthwhile.
“As always it is a real team effort and special mention must go to our hugely talented designer Daniel Parker from Duplexity Artwork, who designs the programme to such a high standard and makes it so visually impressive, and our printers Triple P Marketing in Stockport for their support in printing the programme.”
