Members of the Stockport County Players Association teamed up with the club recently for a special Father’s Day event held at Edgeley Park.
County legends Mike Flynn, Chris Beaumont, Peter Ward and Liam Dickinson joined us at EP for the live event, which saw them open up about their County careers, in a room full of County dads!
The day, hosted by Club President Steve Bellis, was a big success, with a packed out room listening on as their County Heroes shared their stories before tucking into the pie, mash, peas and gravy on offer.
The Players Association continue to work closely with the club to support events like these with player appearances, creating a positive environment where every player’s place in our history can be celebrated by the County faithful.
