Full terms and conditions of the prize draw are as follows:
1 – Entry is open to all residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. There is no purchase necessary however donations as explained above would be gratefully received.
2 – You must be aged 18 or over enter.
3 – By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any entries not complying with these terms and conditions will not be valid. Stockport County accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault e.g. technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, Stockport County does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. Stockport County accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
The winner will be selected at random from tickets purchased on the Club Shop website. We will also accept written entries to FA Cup Prize Draw, 16 Hardcastle Rd, Edgeley, Stockport SK3 9DD. Written entries must include name, address, and contact details. We will not accept written entries dropped off at the ground, they must be posted. Only one written entry per person is allowed.
Entry closes at 11am on Friday 15th January 2021 with the draw taking place at 3pm the same day.
4 – The winner will be notified by email using details provided at entry. The winner’s name will be published on the Club website on Friday 15th January 2021 from 3pm. Should the winner object to their name being made available he/she should inform the Club at the point of entry or at any time afterwards.
5 – Late entries: No entries will be counted for the prize draw unless received by the closing date. Any money received after the closing date will be treated as a donation – thank you.
6 – Stockport County employees and family members of employees who could directly influence the draw are not able to enter the prize draw. All other employees are permitted to take part. A family member is considered to be a spouse, partner, close blood relation or spouse of a close blood relation.
7 – We will make every effort to contact the winner, however if we are unable to make contact within 14 days of the draw, unclaimed prizes will be reallocated to another entrant. A number of extra draws are made on the draw date in case of this eventuality. Prizes shall be received by the winners no later than one calendar month after the prize draw.
8 – Stockport County has the right to change or update the terms and conditions at its discretion and participants are invited to regularly check the website for updates. Any changes will be made available on the Club website.
9 – Stockport County reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the draw in whole or in part in its sole discretion and in such circumstances shall be entitled to retain any and all donations to the prize draw.
10 – Stockport County reserves the right to reject your entry and/or award any prize to an alternative winner if we have grounds to believe that you have breached any of these terms and conditions, acted fraudulently or illegally, or on other reasonable grounds and Stockport County shall have no liability to you for any loss or damage arising from our exercise of such rights.
11 – The prize may be gifted to another person, but it is non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
12 – Stockport County shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or arising from:
- Any delays or failures in any software or other systems used by Stockport County for the administration of the prize draw.
- Any event beyond the reasonable control of Stockport County
13 – Any queries or complaints relating to the draw should be sent in writing to Prize Draw team, 16 Hardcastle Rd, Edgeley, Stockport SK3 9DD or by email [email protected] giving full details of the complaint and supporting documentation.
14 – The Laws of England and Wales shall govern the interpretation and/or enforcement of these terms and conditions and Stockport County, and all entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
