Reeves to referee rearranged Crewe game

Tom Reeves has been confirmed as the referee for Tuesday night’s rearranged League Two fixture between County and Crewe Alexandra.

Reeves was due to take part of the original fixture, before it was postponed due to a frozen pitch. The official last refereed County in April 2021, when he took charge of our 3-0 win away at Boreham Wood in the National League.

He took charge of 34 games in all competitions last season, issuing 121 yellow cards and seven red cards. So far this campaign, he has overseen 24 games in League One (9), League Two (8), the FA Cup (2), Carabao Cup (2) and Papa John’s Trophy (3), showing 75 yellows and two reds.

His last game was on New Years’ Day, taking charge of Portsmouth v Charlton Athletic in League One, in which he showed a red card to Portsmouth’s Marlon Pack.

Reeves will be assisted on the day by Christopher Ward and Mark Cuncliffe, whilst the fourth official will be Christopher Husband.
