Student of the Term: Seb Evans

Seb Evans has been named as our Football Education Student of the Term for the Winter term. Seb has shown a great attitude towards his education since service resumed after Christmas, completing his ‘Introduction to Talent Identification in Football’ course, the first step into sports recruitment. We caught up with Seb to get his thoughts on winning the prize:

Congratulations Seb! How does it feel to win the Student of the Term award?

It feels good. I feel like I’ve been working well and hard in lessons, so it’s nice to see that it’s being noticed and that my work isn’t going under the radar.

You completed your ‘Introduction to Talent Identification in Football’ this term, is that something you’re looking to go into?

Yes, possibly. It’s just adding another string to my bow and knowing what I want to do. It gives me a range of opportunities ahead, so I’m just looking forward to different paths.

How much have the tutors helped this term?

They’ve helped a lot. They make sure I’m achieving my potential, that I’m pushing myself to get distinctions and doing whatever I can to push myself further.

What can we expect for next term?

Just to continue getting distinctions and achieving the best grades that I possibly can. I want to test myself academically, so I’ll be pushing myself further next term.
