Supporter Info ahead of tickets going on sale

Tickets for the League Two Play-Off final between County and Carlisle United are set to go on sale tomorrow morning (Tuesday 23rd May). Please see below for all the information you need ahead of getting your tickets:

We have received a full allocation of up to 39,415 tickets in the East Stand for the final, which will all be sold online by third-party ticket supplier SEE due to the tight turnaround. The ticket provider has many years of experience in selling tickets for large venues such as Wembley Stadium in a short space of time due to their robust website. All tickets purchased for this game will be in the form of e-tickets.

Tickets will go officially go on sale on Tuesday 23rd May, with season ticket holders granted an initial priority window from 10am-2pm to purchase before then going on general sale. Season ticket holders will be able to buy up to six tickets per season ticket, and will need their season ticket barcode number to hand when purchasing.

Please note that tickets will only be available to purchase online, and not from the Ticket Office. However, our ticket office staff will be on hand to assist with anyone struggling to purchase their tickets.

Supporters will be asked for their season ticket barcode number and the account holder’s surname when ordering their tickets, after which they will be taken through to the ticketing site. Your season ticket barcode number can be found on the back of your season ticket card, as below:

Once on the site, supporters will be able to select the category of ticket that they want, enter the amount of tickets they wish to order, and the system will the automatically provide the best available seats to you. A stadium map detailing each category is available in the pricing section below.

Each barcode number/season ticket will be able to purchase a total of six tickets only. Once on general sale, supporters will then be able to purchase up to nine tickets at a time. Please note that there is no guarantee of separate transactions being seated next to each other.

Due to the volume of tickets being ordered, fans may experience a slight delay after purchasing before receiving your e-tickets via email. We ask for your patience with this.

Prices:

Pricing categories at Wembley Stadium are split into six categories, and there is also a concession rate for supporters aged 65 and over, as well as for children aged 16 and under and aged 17-21.

Please note that children under the age of 2 are not permitted inside the stadium, and all children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Disabled tickets

There are a number of Wheelchair and Ambulant Disabled tickets with accompanying Personal Assistant tickets available. These are sold under the same periods of sale but are only available to purchase directly from the Edgeley Park Ticket Office, either in person or over the phone on 0161 266 2700. These tickets will be available to purchase from 12pm onwards on Tuesday 23rd May. EFL regulations and County’s terms and conditions apply, including the availability of age related concessions.

There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for persons with mobility difficulties which are positioned in Level 1 rows 30/31. Please note head-sets and mini induction loops need to be booked in advance, please enquire via the Ticket Office for details. 

Official Coaches:

Our official travel partner, Beeline Coaches, will be running up to twenty official club coaches to Wembley for this game, with bookings made available to purchase online via the Club Site at £60. Please only make your Coach Travel arrangements after you have purchased your match ticket. Coach travel is subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis and booking a space on the coach does not guarantee you a match ticket nor does it include a ticket within the price.

The coaches are scheduled to leave from Mercian Way at 7am on the day. Bookings will be made available at the same time that tickets are placed on sale, at 10am on Tuesday 23rd May.

Other information:

Family area – Wembley Stadium have designated approximately 1700 seats (Blocks 105 to 108 in the East Side) as a Family Area for County supporters.

Singing Area – We recommend fans who would like to sit in the designated singing area choose Blocks 111/112 for Team East.

Standing Area – Wembley Stadium has received approval for licensed standing areas as of the 2022-23 season. The standing area is located at the rear of the 3 blocks behind the goals on Level 1, at either end of the Stadium, incorporating around 867 seats. Please purchase tickets in the Standing Area if you wish to stand, as standing is not permitted in any other area of the Stadium.

Booking Fees – There is a £1.80 per ticket booking fee for every ticket sold online.

14 Years and Under – All children aged 14 years & under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Babies – Children under the age of 2 are not permitted access into the Stadium, including in hospitality areas. Children aged 2 years and over will be permitted entry with a valid match ticket.

Crowd flags and Musical Instruments – Any supporters wishing to take flags or musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact 0161 266 2700 to request permission. Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them. Wembley Stadium have strict policies with regards to supporters bringing in musical instruments or flags. For more information please contact [email protected].

Travel – Wembley Stadium will shortly be issuing a full travel pack for County supporters to travel to Wembley. This will be launched shortly.

Car Parking – Parking for supporters and supporter coaches can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com or by telephone 020 8903 6966. Car Parking is charged at £120 per coach and £40 per car if booked in advance. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

Blue Badge Parking at Wembley Stadium is available to purchase at a discounted cost of £15 per space. Subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

No resale of Tickets – It is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell tickets.
