We have an important message for supporters regarding the relocation of the clubs’ ticket office, which comes into effect from the 1st of March and will last until the end of the 2023/24 season.
Please be advised that from Friday 1st March, the clubs’ ticket office will now be based in the County Store on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, operating during the usual opening hours of 10.a.m-4 p.m. This is as a result of the Cheadle End offices currently being refurbished.
On home matchdays, the ticket office will be located in the portacabin off Hardcastle Road, situated in front of the main entrance gates of the Cheadle End car park. This process will be in place from the day of the Newport County fixture on the 9th March.
Normal processes will continue from the County Store mid-week, such as ticket collections, upgrades, and purchasing tickets.
The receivers for our audio descriptive commentary service will also be available for collection from the County Store, as will our free sensory packs. Half-Time Draw winners should also claim their prizes from there. Please note that the ticket office is closed on non-matchday Tuesdays and on Thursdays.
On matchdays, we will be operating with a reduced service of two windows and one collections window, so please be aware that queuing times on a matchday may be longer. Purchasing online is encouraged.
There will be one designated collection window for supporters to collect tickets from on matchdays. Supporters will be able to collect tickets from this window up until kick-off. Supporters are strongly advised to select postage at time of purchase if they are unable to collect midweek, to help condense queuing
We advise fans who want to upgrade their season tickets to do so before matchday, due to the small service we can offer. You can upgrade your season ticket over the phone at 0161 266 2700 (Option 2) or at the club’s ticket office during opening times.
We kindly ask for supporters’ patience whilst we undergo this transitional period, and will aim to make the process as smooth as possible for all involved.
