1. Season Ticket renewals – Can I guarantee my seat?

We will hold your seat from last season for the renewal period (31st May).

2. How can I purchase my season ticket?

Standard season tickets:

Enter barcode when prompted. This can be found on your season ticket card and is 13 digits long. 

To complete your purchase, you’ll be prompted to create or log in to your account, which will allow you to access your tickets more quickly in the future.

This will then put the products purchased last season straight into your basket and allow you to assign the names/details to each season ticket holder, details are as follows;

  • Season Ticket Holders First Name
  • Season Ticket Holders Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email
  • Contact Number

If you wish to amend your order this can be done at the time of purchase. If you wish to split your order, this will need to be done in person or over the phone; 0161 266 2700.

Purchasing a new season ticket;

New season ticket holders will be able to purchase a seat for the 2024/25 season from 10am on Monday 20th May. Once tickets have been made available on general sale, you will be able to order yours by doing the following:

Pick your seat and then category and go to checkout.

To complete your purchase, you’ll be prompted to create an account, which will allow you to access your tickets more quickly in the future.

At the checkout, you will need the following details per season ticket holder.

  • Season Ticket Holders First Name
  • Season Ticket Holders Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email
  • Contact Number

Hospitality season ticket;

3. Which games can I attend?

Season Ticket Holders will have their chosen seat reserved for all home league fixtures in the 2024/2025 season. Cup fixtures and any potential play-off games are not included in this, however, Season Ticket Holders will be given a priority window in any restricted capacity fixture & cup games.

4. Can I change my seat to another seat or stand?

Yes, this can be done at the time of purchase.

Should you wish to relocate after you have purchased, a £10 administration fee will be charged at the time of relocation per season ticket holder.

  • Should you wish to upgrade or change your seat, please deselect the ticket and choose the seat again with the correct category or new seat location.

5. When renewing/purchasing a season ticket, can I buy another season ticket/s for someone else?

Yes, you can add additional people on as a season ticket holder when we are on general sale and out of the exclusive renewal period. Your order will be grouped together if purchased over the phone or in person, and although we will be gathering all season ticket holders details the purchaser will be the main account holder. If you renew online and then later add further season ticket holders, they will go through as separate orders.

6. How long do I have to renew my season ticket online?

Once you enter your barcode number, you have 20 minutes to complete your transaction, if you leave your transaction you will need to wait 15 minutes to access your seats again.

7. How do I buy a ticket if I’m under the age of 14?

Anyone under the age of 14 buying a season ticket, needs to purchase their ticket along with an 18+ ticket.

8. How do I purchase a Junior season ticket?

Junior Season tickets must be purchased with an over 18. If supporters wish to take advantage of the new junior season ticket in the Together Stand, they must first select the adult and then add the junior to the basket.

9. How do I purchase a disabled season ticket?

You can renew or purchase the same as all other tickets, online, over the phone or at the ticket office. You will need to bring ID with you when purchasing at the ticket office, or if you purchased online, you will need to bring it with you for the first game. You may be asked for your ID on matchdays, so please make sure you have it with you. Personal Assistant season tickets must be purchased at the ticket office.

10. How will I receive my season ticket?

Both postage and collection options are available, you can specify which you’d prefer at time of booking. This season, we have introduced an e-ticket which is available to all supporters, a printed season ticket is optional for the 24/25 season. Expected delivery in July 2024.
