The club have recently introduced a new in-game text message service, allowing supporters the opportunity to contact us directly with any issues or concerns on a match day.
We want all of our fans to feel safe and at home whilst at Edgeley Park, and be able to enjoy the best possible match day experience. We appreciate that not everyone will feel comfortable raising any concerns or providing feedback in person, and so supporters can now contact our dedicated Supporter Liaison team by texting 60777, starting your text with SCFC. Sending a text will cost your standard network charge.
Once we receive your message, our team will be able to look into the matter for you. If the issue is urgent, it will be passed on to our ground control staff to be dealt with as quickly as possible.
We would like to take the opportunity to remind supporters about their behaviour and conduct whilst inside Edgeley Park. Incidents of objects being thrown onto the pitch and pitch incursions were reported during our opening day game against Gillingham, and further such incidents may result in the club receiving a fine from the FA.
The club strongly condemns any such behaviour, and banning orders have now been issued to those guilty of the above offences as a result of work carried out by our club staff and in collaboration with other clubs. We ask that you continue to support the club in the right manner, to help create a positive atmosphere on and off the pitch.
