First-Team Coach, Clint Hill has been at the Club since November 2021, following manager Dave Challinor from Hartlepool United as part of his backroom staff.
Clint and Dave began their careers together at Tranmere Rovers in the 1990s, with Clint going on to enjoy a successful playing career throughout the footballing pyramid during spells at Oldham, Stoke and Crystal Palace, before going on to captain QPR in the Premier League.
Following his retirement, his first step into coaching came at League One Fleetwood Town in 2018, when he was appointed as first-team coach under then-manager and former teammate, Joey Barton.
Despite being highly rated during his time there, Hill left the club in January 2021, following Barton to Bristol Rovers, where he remained until August before leaving due to family reasons.
Since moving to County, the 45-year-old has played a key role behind the scenes in two league title victories, securing the club a place in League One after a 14 year absence.
